MINUTES
Council met in regular session on April 4, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Jack Hurley, Virgil Pedersen.
Absent: Ethel Hurley.
Motion V Pedersen, second J Hurley to approve agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of March
7 meeting were approved as written. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve all current bills and all
bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for March was reviewed.
Resolution with Xenia, was not approved as written. We will contact Xenia for
corrections.
There are several dogs running at large. Jack Pedersen will get a better understanding
with the sheriff's office about this problem.
We will offer the job of mowing to Mike for $300.00 for the season.
We will pay Jack Hurley for 33 and 1/4 hours for snow removal $300.00.
Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to adjourn at 7:35 pm. Next regular council meeting
Thursday, May 3 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
