MINUTES
Council met in regular session on February 7, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center
with Mayor Profem Jack Hurley presiding. Council members present: Virgil Pedersen, Ethei
Hurley, Jack Huriey. Absent: Jack Pedersen
Representatives from Xenia were present to discuss the water and the sewer. Water: They
have repainted ail water hydrants, they have used GPS to locate aii water shutoffs. They have
cleaned out all the end of line clean outs except two. They will dig them up in the spring and fix
them so they can be opened.
Sewer: They have engineers and can help us get in compliance with the DNR. They will
get in touch with Region XII.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of January
3 meeting were approved as written. Motion V Pedersen, second E Hurley to approve financial
reports. Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second V Pedersen to approve all current bills and all
bills due prior to next regular meeting. Ayes: all mc.
Sheriff's report for December and January were reviewed.
Discussion was heid on the budget for 2008. Some changes were discussed. It will be
posted and approved at March meeting.
Motion E Hurley, second J Hurley to adjourn at 7:50 pm. Next regular council meeting
Wednesday, March 7 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
