RESOLUTION NO.95-1
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Dana to
acquire certain real estate located in the City of Dana, described
as follows:
The W1/2 of lot 1, Block 1, Dana, Greene County, Iowa
("the Real Estate”)
WHEREAS, the Real Estate is presently titled in the name of
Francis W. Zimmerle and Deborah F. Zimmerle,, husband and wife,
and they have agreed to give the City a Quit Claim Deed to convey
the premises to the City.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the of Dana, Iowa deems it to be in the
best interests of the City to accept the Zimmerle Quit Claim Deed
from the Zimmerles and to filethe deed with the office of the Greene
County Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Dana, Iowa, that The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to accept the Quit Claim Deed described above from the Zimmerles
and to file the deed with the Office of Greene County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on this 27th day of February 1995.

records; that said transcript of resolution is a true, correct and
complete copy of the City’s records in relation to the matter
covered by the resolution and that at the City Council meeting at
which said resolution was adopted a quorum was present and the
resolution was duly adopted pursuant to motion made, seconded and
carried.
