UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE REGULAR NOVEMBER 14, 1990 COUNCIL MEETING
Minutes of Oct. 24, 1990 meeting were read and approved.
Mayor Pedersen appointed Virgil Pedersen, Lyle Hadley, Ivan Hillman,
George Brabbs as a committee to assign street and house numbers for the
City of Dana.
Motion by Hurley second by Border to buy Street Signs for the City of
Dana. Motion Carried.
Motion by Border second by Hurley to transfer $350.00 from the Bingo
Account to the Dana Fire Department. Motion Carried.
Motion by Border second by Pedersen to pay the following bills and
all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion Carried.
GENERAL FUND: George Brabbs, wages, 49.61; Burkhardt Engine and Machine,
fire truck repair, 264.78; General Telephone Co.,service, 99.04: Jack
Pedersen, comp.,266.61; Victor Border, comp.,153.74; Jack Hurley, comp.,
153.74; Ivan Hillman, comp.,130.09; Lyle Hadley, comp.,153.74; Virgil
Pedersen, comp.,130.09; Copeland Insurance Agency, Inc., surety bond, 95.00;
Idea Press, supplies and repairs, 372.80; Virgil Pedersen, park letters
and telephone calls, 19.70.
WATER FUND: Dan Acton, wages, mileage, postage, supplies, 141.23;
