Unapproved minutes of the December 19,1990 regular council meeting
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pedersen presiding and
all council members present.
The minutes of the regular November 14, 1990 council meeting were
read and approved.
Pastdue water bills were discussed. The Mayor will contact those
past due before shut off.
Street signs were discussed.
Motion by Border second by Pedersen to hold a Public Hearing on the
purposed 1991-92 in the Dana Community Center at 7:00 p.m. on January 2,
1991. Motion carried.
Motion by Hillman second by Hurley to pay the following bills and
all bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion
Carried.
GENERAL FUND: George Brabbs, wages, 96.18; Consolidated Coop/,fuel,
210.60; Iowa Electric, service, 49.62; General Telephone, service,
70.22; Juhl Feed, Inc.,11.16; Schaal Oil Co.,fuel, 183.19; George Brabbs,
supplies from Globe Free Press, 5.09; Barrett Motor Supply, repairs,
64.39.
ROAD USE TAX FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 143.69.
WATER FUND: Dan Acton, wages, 84.04, mileage, 27.30, postage, 1.10;
George Brabbs, wages, 96.19;Iowa Electric, service, 69.04; Idea
Press, enevelopes and supplies, 30.89.
DANA BINGO ACCOUNT FUND: Dana Community Center, 500.00; Dana Fire
Department, 412.00.
RECEIPTS FUNDS: GENERAL FUND: 722.77; ROAD USE TAX FUND: 483.86;
WATER FUND: 646.79: BINGO FUND: 409.00.
Next council meeting January 2, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Dana
Community Center.
Motion by Border second byHurley to adjourn. Motion carried.
