UNAPPROVED MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 21, 1991 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
The council met in regular session with Mayor Pro Tem Hurley presiding.
Present were Hurley, Hillman, Hadley, Border. Absent, Jack Pedersen and
Virgil Pedersen.
The minutes of the July 18, 1991 regular council meeting were read and
approved .
Past due wATER BILLS WERE DISCUSSED,
General Electric Credit Corp. annual report was discussed.
The November 5, 1991 City election was discussed.
Motion byBorder second by Hillman to pay the following bills and all
bills due prior to the next regular council meeting. Motion Carried.
ROAD USE TAX FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 281.47; Bruce Lambert Trking,
Street rock, 567.45.
SUNERAL FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 131.57: George Brabbs, wages, 74.21;
Internal Revenue Service, FICA, 40.55; Greene County Auditor, Landfill
fee, 355.00; General Telephone co.,service, 76.10; Gerald W. Magee, legal
service, 10.00; Postmaster, postage, 29.00; Ivan Hillman, supplies, 20.85;
Jer Pedersen, mowing, 14.88.
WATER REVENUE FUND: Iowa Electric, service, 153.34; Dan Acton, wages, mileage,
postage, 244.27; Mueller Sales Corp.,switch, 98.94; Postmaster, postage,
29.00.
Next regular council meeting September 18, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the
Community Center .
Motion by Border second by Hadley to adjourn. Motion Carried
