MINUTES
Council met in regular session on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana
Community Center with Mayor Jack Pedersen presiding. Council members present: Ethel Hurley,
Jack Hurley. Absent: Virgil Pedersen.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve Agenda. Ayes: all mc. Minutes of June 4,
2008 were approved as written. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve financial reports.
Ayes: all mc. Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to approve all current bills and all bills due prior
to next regular meeting except the bill from Jefferson Vet Clinic until approved. Ayes: all mc.
No sheriffs report was received.
Residents were present to discuss a male resident in town disturbing them. Sheriff will be
notified.
Discussion was held on the WHO antique tractor ride that went through town. It was a
wonderful day.
Motion J Hurley, second E Hurley to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Next regular meeting
Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Dana Community Center.
